Sam Bass fears no animal, two or four legged.
He lopes into a troubled room and through his calm demeanor soon erases all tensions.
He rolls on the floor and the soothing rumbles of sound escaping from that droll looking face soon calms the occupants and all are ready to sit down and talk over any differences.
He then sits and stares lovingly at all until someone tosses him a treat.
His job done for now he goes to his favorite chair for a nap but the whole time his subconscious is alert for any trouble and if found he will leave the chair to once again become Samurai Basset, fearless super hero of dogdom ,mediator of all disputes and solver of problems.
